During one of my late nights of designing, my 8 year old was helping me bead. She would always want to make something special for one of her cousins. At one point she picked up one of the freshwater pearls, put it up against the gap where a tooth used to be and said "Look Mommy, my toth came in! Doesn't this little pearl look like a tooth?" She said this while holding up a freshwater pearl to the gap in her smile. She was right, it did. Her actions and comments are what inspired me to create the Tooth Fairy Pearls Heirloom Bracelet and write the poem and letter from the Tooth Fairy.
